Burst Pipe Repair
Split copper, failed fittings and brittle polybutylene that finally let go. The water gets stopped first, then the line gets repaired.
Burst Pipe RepairTempe Emergency Plumber handles the plumbing that cannot wait: split supply lines, blocked drains, cold showers, sewer backups and leaks under the slab. Every call starts with finding the cause and ends with a price you agreed to first.

Burst Pipe Repair
Kitchen, bathroom, laundry and floor drains that run slow or stop completely, cleared without wrecking the pipe they run through.
Drain Cleaning
Tank and tankless units that will not heat, leak, rumble or run out early. Repair where it makes sense, replacement where it does not.
Water Heater Repair
Hidden leaks behind walls, under floors, in irrigation lines and at pool auto-fills, traced before anything gets opened up.
Leak Detection
Supply lines that have failed inside or under the foundation, located and then repaired, rerouted or replaced depending on the pipe.
Slab Leak Repair
Main lines blocked by roots, grease or a break in old clay or cast iron, inspected by camera so you can see it for yourself.
Sewer Line Repair
Running toilets, weak flushes, dripping faucets, scaled-up cartridges and seized angle stops that have not moved in years.
Toilet & Faucet RepairPlumbing here is not one system repeated over and over. A 1958 ranch house north of Broadway has copper cast into the slab and a cast-iron drain under it. A rental near campus has been re-piped in patches by whoever was cheapest that year. A 2004 house out toward the east valley has PEX, a manifold and a softener loop in the garage. The same symptom gets diagnosed differently in each of them, which is why the plumber asks about the building before quoting anything.
Two local conditions drive most of the work. The first is water hardness: Salt River, Verde and Colorado River water arrives loaded with minerals, so scale builds in water heaters, tankless heat exchangers, faucet cartridges and angle stops faster than it does almost anywhere else. The second is heat. Garages sit well above outdoor temperature through the summer, and that is where most Tempe water heaters live. Add monsoon storms in July and August that push water into floor drains and yards, and you have the shape of our call volume.
Not sure which service you need? Describe what is happening and we will work it out. Compare the options on our water heater repair or replacement page, read how a service call works, find your neighborhood in the service areas, or go straight to requesting service.
Single-family homes, townhouses, condos and rental property. If you are a landlord or a tenant near campus, say so when you call, because access and who approves the work both matter.
Blocked floor drains, grease-loaded kitchen lines, failed water heaters and restroom fixtures, scheduled around the hours you need to stay open.
The line is answered after hours. A real emergency gets a plumber dispatched; anything that can safely wait gets the first available slot instead, and we will say honestly which one you have.
Describe the problem and we will tell you whether it needs someone tonight or tomorrow.
